How do I cancel my account?
If you wish to cancel your account with mVate please contact the support team on +44 (0) 1422 381405 or email support@mvate.com. Access to your account will be removed once the refund has been made.Refunds will only be made to the credit card used for purchase.
14 days free on a new pay account
mVate offers a free 14-day trial on new pay accounts. Upgrading your account does not qualify for another free 14-day trial.
Cancel within the first 14 days and you won’t be charged
If you cancel your paid account before you are billed 14 days after your original signup then you won’t be charged.
Cancel after 14 days
Once you cancel you won’t be charged again for the next month, but you are responsible for the charges incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every month, and you cancel on the 24th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after that. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
